Beersel tourism
Connoisseurs can enjoy fine cuisine in one of Beersel’s several restaurants and local taverns. The taverns also serve the traditional “curd cheese sandwich”, a local speciality. This soft white cheese is usually seasoned with salt and pepper and topped with spring onions and radishes. This sandwich perfectly combines with a Geuze or Kriek-Lambik beer. And for the latter, Beersel is also an excellent venue, since Geuze is still brewed here.
